New Year's Eve Party at Columbia Firehouse

It’s time to party! We’re bidding farewell to 2010 in grand style with an incomparable New Year’s Eve soiree. Join us in our sumptuous upstairs dining rooms – bedazzled to the hilt with all the holiday trimmings – for an night of dancing, drinking and downright unbridled merriment.

Gather with friends and family around our the fireplace with an historic holiday cocktail or two and snack on classic supper club fare. Our kitchen is planning a stellar menu featuring four varieties of raw oysters with all the traditional accoutrements, an enormous carved-to-order prime rib, house-smoked salmon and a delightful rotation of passed hors d’oeuvres. As midnight approaches we’ll pass the bubbly, ask the DJ to turn it up and escort the party into 2011 with a jubilant rendition of Auld Lang Syne and live pictures from New York City’s Times Square.
