You will be supplied with the materials, booze and know-how to mix up a killer Amaretto Sour, Cooper Brothers, Honolulu #2 and St. Germain Bubbler, a Columbia Firehouse original. Tipples at work in these cocktails include St. Germain, Domain de Canton, Benedictine, DiSaronno and Luxardo Maraschino.
In between shakes, Steve will provide all the colorful backstory on each concoction and other riveting facts & figures on the cordial’s passage through the cocktail world. By class end, you’ll reach connoisseur status.
