Cocktail Series at Columbia Firehouse: Cordials

Our second installment in our Cocktail Series, during this class chief barman Steve Warner will show the group how to work with some of the finest and most popular cordials right now. You will be supplied with the materials, booze and know-how to mix up a killer Amaretto Sour, Cooper Brothers, Honolulu #2 and St. Germain Bubbler, a Columbia Firehouse original. Tipples at work in these cocktails include St. Germain, Domain de Canton, Benedictine, DiSaronno and Luxardo Maraschino.

In between shakes, Steve will provide all the colorful backstory on each concoction and other riveting facts & figures on the cordial’s passage through the cocktail world. By class end, you’ll reach connoisseur status. And of course, the Firehouse kitchen will be serving up some bites throughout the afternoon, all designed to brighten the flavors of your freshly shaken cocktails.
